    Great building but hot water ran out and had very noisy neighbours

    New building, responsive building management
    Cons:
    Hot water ran out quickly
    Building had very noisy neighbours. Building next door had lots very loud parties.
    Advice to owner:
    Wish you would have done something about the wild parties next door.
