Horrible management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building in a residential neighborhood with new appliances. Lovely kitchen and bathroom.
Cons:
Common areas and halls always smell horrible. Building management is awful and doesn’t respond to concerns. People have had mold and gone without heat for months and they won’t do anything unless you threaten to call 311. Horrible electrical wiring. Power goes out constantly even if you aren’t using much. The super never shows up for repair appointments unless you bother him multiple times. Very predatory property management who denies being unresponsive and not providing basic resources they are legally obligated to ensure for their tenants. Great unit but if you have any sort of issues (which you will) good luck getting it addressed.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and address their issues BEFORE it escalates. Otherwise someone’s gonna eventually end up taking matters into their own hands and involving 311 or worse. Do your jobs as landlords.
