HORRIBLE!!!

Pros:
The space. That’s it.
Cons:
The downstairs doors to come inside the building are never locked. Mice infestation. Roaches. Landlord too cheap to fix anything. Water pressure is trash. Building smells. Dirty.
Advice to owner:
Get your shit together or sell the building to someone that cares about their tenants & LOVES SAFETY!!!
