Landlord is a thief
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment was maintained until he stopped to retaliate against us.
Cons:
Landlord knowingly rented us an illegal apartment and kept our security deposit. Very controlling and overbearing.
Advice to owner:
Stop lyingto tenants. Be truthful and maintain the property.
