Just Really Bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Stephen the Super is really nice and responsive, he’ll fix anything you need. Also the roof has a great view.
Cons:
The worst pest infestation I’ve ever seen and a landlord who refused to fumigate. Our lives were run by the roaches and mice who found their way into all our food and our beds. Extremely flaky landlord and manager who will not return your calls if they know you need something from them. The building is very cheaply made, so smells and sounds carry very well. If someone poops, the whole apartment knows. The heat often wouldn’t turn on and we’d have to call the super every time we didn’t want to freeze in the winter. Also beware of the air quality. Once, we put a receipt on the fridge and after a few weeks it turned brown and wrinkly. No ventilation whatsoever, your appliances will be covered in grease and gook just from cooking. Overall, I wouldn’t wish living here on anyone, just don’t bother.
Advice to owner:
Fumigate, add a vent, and return our calls
