Pros:
Washer dryer in unit for 3 Bd. Balcony. Owner is very supportive.
Cons:
None. Everything is fine.
Advice to owner:
Cleaner backyard space.

Pros:
The decor inside the building is pleasant along with a nice backyard space.
Cons:
Garbage at times is overloaded, needs to hire more than one super, can’t have one guy fixing everything and therefore he won’t be able to get to every apartment that’s having a problem in its unit.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants when they try to contact you, you won’t get a reply for weeks when you are reporting which is not good for business if you still want to keep collecting rent.
