Unresponsive & Unsafe
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful apartment, great natural light
Cons:
Management was impossible to get anything done through. Our oven did not work for the entirety of our lease and we were ignored when our windows started pouring water into the apartment. Management also either accidentally gave another tenant a master key or did not collect all the keys from the previous tenant as we had someone fully unlock our door and attempt to flip the deadbolt from outside the door. The neighborhood is unsafe and people often use the building’s stoop as a seat. More than once the people sitting there tried to follow us into the building.
