Mid Lackluster Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway A/ C and 4/3
Cons:
Building smells at times, not always clean, the windows don’t work and they will always give you the “land lord special”( poor repairs )
Advice to owner:
Repaint the stair well, Clean the stair well and add bug traps where they keep the trash

Sweet building, sour tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management is very responsive when called upon, any issue is usually reprimanded within 48 hours. The super is accommodating and respectful. Has an exterminator to use free of charge.
Cons:
Since the pandemic, the entry door of the property has been destroyed several times. Homeless people have slept in the hallways due to lack of security. Haven't seen any improvement in resolving the security issue besides fixing the door every month.
Advice to owner:
Check the cameras and make sure whoever is destroying property is dealt with. Keep your tenants safe
