Pros:
Renovation is fairy new and I love the washer and dryer that comes with the apartment. The living room space is spacious and beautiful.
Cons:
Pests, mouse or mouse's were found behind the oven coming from a hole that leads to the inside of the walls and through the furnace. Management stuffed gauze and brittle pads to close the big hole from the furnace to the inside of the apartment, but mice still were able to come in.
Management is really slow with response and when maintenance comes he does not do a great job.
The heat was not even turned on officially until December.
Advice to owner:
Maintenance requests should be included in the lease as well as exterminators.
