It’s only saving grace is the rent stabilization
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized Convenient location
Cons:
Super gets an attitude when asked for help. There has been a decline in cleanliness in the past couple years (since the pandemic began). There was the occasional pest or two, but it’s gotten a lot worse. It’s disgusting, quite frankly. No laundry in building. There is also no package locker, so packages and shipments are frequently stolen and nothing is done about it.

Unsatisfied tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to major subway lines
Cons:
Rodent infestation, loud neighbors, superintendent doesn’t do much cleaning. Always a hassle to get anything fixed.
Advice to owner:
Need to be more responsive to tenants needs. Rodent problems need to be addressed. Apartments are out dated and need repairs.
