Noisey Thin walls W/ noisey upstairs neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent location, depending on unit, there is a backyard area
Washer/Dryer in unit
Cons:
Walls are way too thin
Hard wood floors so thin, you can hear a pin drop
all noises are heard, footsteps, stomping, phones dropping, arguements
There was an abusive couple in the building and with the thin walls turned out to be very disruptive
No quiet if neighbors not respectful
Super is Non-existent

1487 Sterling place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice large apartment. Nice AC. Love the washer and dryer. Managers Were very responsive (fast response) and with exterminator when a mouse came in during the winter and then again when a roach came in.
Cons:
Building manager doesn’t always clean up garbage in a timely fashion. Frequently garbage builds up around the shared garbage cans. Noisy neighbors within the building.
Advice to owner:
Respond to garbage complaints and noise complaints.
