Management from Hell
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly clean building Friendly neighbors
Cons:
No contact number for management, slow response to emails Broker sells as heat/hot water included, management says otherwise No access to gas meters (located in the first ground unit) Very low water pressure, shared laundry room brings it to a drip (must schedule times for shower and kitchen use) Check your boiler, shared laundry room equipment may be connected to it. You can hear everything from the other apartments Very creaky floors
Advice to owner:
Update the building Get new laundry equipment Don't deceive tenants, deliver what your broker advertised
