Good starter apartment for me

Pros:
Monthly exterminator. Large windows.
Cons:
Takes long than it should for service requests.
No buzzer.
No counter space.
None of the apartments are made the same. Some have significantly better storage or better counter space than others.
Advice to owner:
Be more timely and have the office woman be a bit nicer.
