Don’t. You’ll regret it
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s cheap and. That's it.
Cons:
So much to hate here. From the lame and nasty super to the neighbors that wear high heels at 2am with no rugs down to the projects across the street with radios and cars constantly blasting music to the trap houses in the building complete with prostitutes smoking cigarettes outside at 6am most nights this is gonna seem like a good deal Treat me whatever you don’t spend on rent cause it’s cheap you’ll likely spend it on booze or something to dull the pain of living in this absolute dump
