Apartment ok, YHT management awful.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors, AC/heat units, laundry in building, good appliances
Cons:
Management were unresponsive and unhelpful. Packages were constantly getting stolen from the foyer because the front door was not secure. Management company entered apartment and took photos without my permission. Building alarm would go off for days on end. Management takes long breaks where office is closed so if any issues there is no way to get it resolved for potentially weeks.
Advice to owner:
Get a new management company

Building was nice and clean. Neighborhood not so much
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in basement is very convenient.
Cons:
Numerous break-ins by package thieves. Not sure if there was actually hot water running through the laundry room
Advice to owner:
The spaces next door should not have access to this apartment building
