Pros:
Neighbors are sweet people
Cons:
Sporadic heat/hot water
Constant roach/mice infestations
Drunk/unresponsive super
Unresponsive landlord
Poor repair jobs and maintenance
RAISED RENT DURING COVID PANDEMIC
Did not offer financial assistance to tenants
Advice to owner:
Take better care of the tenants! They pay for a service that you’re not giving! You should be ashamed!

Pros:
Is a place to live
No elevator means lots of extra exercise when you come and go
Cons:
Hot water is finicky
Mailboxes leave a lot to be desired
Common areas aren’t cleaned often

Advice to owner:
Clean more often (instead of having exterminators twice a month)
For the love of god fix the mailboxes so they actually fit mail and I don’t miss/lose mail that’s left out
