Old building with multiple needs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy access to multiple churches, schools, stores/delis, supermarkets, park/recreation center in the area. Close to train/buses. Nice neighbors.
Cons:
Old and dangerous dangerous staricase in the bulding. No exterminator visits or inspections. Constantly have to ask for heat during the winter. Lack of cleaning the hallways/ staircase TAKES LONG FOR THE LANDLORD TO ADRESS REPAIRS OR RESPOND TO CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES. Unsafe MAIN front door old mailbox
Advice to owner:
Change the glass front door, clean the 3rd and 2nd floor hallways and staircase, change the unsafe old staircase, provide heat during the winter, address repairs on timely manner, respond to text messages or calls depending on tenant's request or method of communication.
