not much to say good or bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely little yard. Owner lets you do whatever you want. Didn’t really have any problems. No pet fees or deposit
Cons:
Karen neighbor. Loud neighborhood. Took the super months to fix our leaking sink. Heat was on and off at weird times.
Advice to owner:
Garbage management is poor. We need better recycling

Unkept Building, Back & Forth with Landlord and Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Original crown moldings, ample space
Cons:
Have had numerous hazardous and unlivable conditions arise and the landlord has been largely unresponsive. The superintendent is extremely inefficient and often does not complete tasks. Neither of them give notice they are showing up.
The space is very cheaply and/or not at all renovated and structurally unsound. Numerous tenants have had issues with leaks, bedbugs, noise and more as well.
