horrible landlord, don't live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
a few minutes from the subway
Cons:
to make a (very) long story short, the building was not in good shape when we lived here 2 years ago - it was literally falling apart. there were leaks into one of the bedrooms, and the ceiling was falling down. the landlord did nothing for months despite us constantly asking for help. we had to move out in the middle of the pandemic. there were a lot of other times they took forever to fix issues in the apartment - every appliance broke at some point. the rooms are also small. save yourself time and headaches (and possible respiratory issues) - don't live here.
Advice to owner:
be responsive and fix issues in a reasonable timeframe. don't let people develop health issues from living in your building!!!!
