I can literally hear my neighbors alarm clock go off...
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself is pretty well maintained, although the trash and loose mail does get messy at times.
Cons:
ITS SO LOUD. It’s clear the owners split the apartments and put a thin dry wall in between. It’s normal to hear people walk up and down the stairs but when the noise makes you think someone is walking in your apartment, that’s not okay. I can hear my neighbors alarm clock, noisy child, conversations, when they walk, turn on the water in their bathroom and even when they drop something! Super disruptive and my poor cat is always on edge. If you want peace and quiet (who doesn’t?!), then don’t rent here.
Advice to owner:
Please please please reinforce the walls in between apartments. It’s ridiculous.
