Management does not run well
Former Tenant
Pros:
The bathrooms are heated, you have a wash and dryer that does not work for all units to use.
Cons:
Management does not respond quickly one issue can take up to three weeks to be resolved. There isn’t any buzzer to let in deliveries or guest into home. The mailbox is broken and open to all civilians. The Managemnt does not clean or keep the apartment at standard living. When I moved in they did not give the manager special we all know about: painted walls clean kitchen. They promised us a buzzer saying it was being fixed and since were moving in the timing was perfect they didn’t do it at all. Do not move here it’s a cute place to live but a nightmare. Management does nothing at all. They make you pay for electricity and your own heated water tank which is very expensive each month.
