The worst landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mostly friendly neighbors, close to transportation, lots to do in the area
Cons:
The area is pretty loud and sometimes dangerous. The building isn’t very clean. The super is slow to respond to any issue. The landlord only exists to take your rent money. They don’t care about you or your well-being. And they’re being sued by the NY state attorney general.
Advice to owner:
Be better so that people can live better
