Beautiful bones, bad roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great exposed brick, spacious kitchen/living area, friendly neighbors
Cons:
We had a bad roach problem (this was 2017, disclaimer— hopefully has changed since then!) and the management was not helpful in addressing it. Also a few mice. Two bedrooms were very small and the finishing was a little rough and shoddy. Management also never returned our security deposits when we moved out.
Advice to owner:
Address pests more proactively and return security deposits
