I don't recommend it

A homeless man always pooped on the basement door propelling a terrible smell within the building.

Horrible experience, Unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is about 5 mins about from the subway but there is no other pro about this place.
Cons:
The building always smells bad, the hallways/stairs are always dirty, homeless man lives in the stairwell to the basement and shits there. The garbage is all over the place. The door to the building breaks every other week and the basement door to the building remains unlocked. Management does not care enough to listen to tenants nor do they guide tenants to the right utility companies. Do not live here. It is neither safe nor clean.
