Building needs help

Pros:
There’s nothing good about this building
Cons:
In winter time constantly the broiler breaks down and stays days without hot water, management don’t change equipments nor upgrades the apartment I still have iron steel cupboards, and stove that the handle has broken off and oven I can’t turn on because it sends off gas before it light so my apartment smells of gas every time I turn on the oven and management is telling me the stove is still in good shape smh…., walls have crack they just keep patching and still showing, there’s no good security any and everyone walks into the building to buy drugs and steals packages in lobby. The list will go on and on.
Advice to owner:
Fix the building because tenants work hard to pay you rent.
