Stay Away From This Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Spacious apartment
Cons:
- Always dirty
- mice and roaches running around the apartment
- rats running around in the backyard because neighbours throw their trash out the window and there isn't a porter who cleans or throw out trash often
- management and the super is unresponsive to repair requests
- the building is always dirty
- there are kids most times smoking weed in the stairway blocking you from walking the stairs
- Anyone can open the front door by pulling the building door which almost everyone seems to know as they enter the building
- The mailboxes are unlabeled and some are damaged
- Packages are usually stolen at a high rate
Advice to owner:
Sell the building, this isn't your calling.
