    Avoid at all costs

    Pros:
    Laundry and natural sunlight
    Cons:
    Management-won’t respond to requests and fail to return deposit in a timely manner. Had to file complaints with attorney general to get anything done

    Listen to your tenants, respond and don’t ignore
