Building needs to be down

Pros:
None at all
Cons:
A lot. Rats , roaches , no heat, hot water goes out in less then 15 minutes, it’s no insulation in the walls, you can here the rats in the walls. Lots of mold. LEAD IN THE APARTMENT.
Advice to owner:
Do a better job. You do not conduct the building the right way you don’t clean me do your job properly.
