It's fine if you're splitting rent enough ways
Former Tenant
Pros:
The kitchen was really nice, good water pressure, kitchen sink got REALLY hot REALLY fast, flat rate for utilities, decent size back yard. In unit washer dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, heat/ac.
Cons:
Not much in the way of sunlight, en-suite bathroom lent itself to mold and frequently got the people living in that room sick. Expensive if you aren't splitting rent 3-4 ways. Can hear upstairs neighbors walking around and occasionally slamming things into
Advice to owner:
Please get your mail delivered to your actual office or check the mail. I think the ventilation in the en suite also needs to be way stronger because the steam from the shower causes the room to get really humid
