Pros:
It is close to the train station and there is a grocery store across the street
Cons:
_ The washer/dryer doesn’t work properly - Roach problem in the summer
Advice to owner:
Monthly pest control in the basement will control the pest issues and also the washer and dryer is broken and needs to replaced with new ones

Back of building is very quiet
Cons:
Management company isn’t great re: pest control or returning security deposits in a timely manner.

It is very close to the subway station
Cons:
The street the apartment faces is very busy during the day and can get loud
Advice to owner:
Fix the washer and dryer
