Pros:
Quick to respond to maintenance requests. Building manager is easy to contact by text even on weekends. Building is cleaned every week by staff. A yard in the back of the building with plants planted in the spring. A block from the train
Cons:
A little pricey for the area, but the area is quickly changing.
Advice to owner:
I think they are very responsive and building is clean, so the hope is that it will be maintained.
