Cool little quiet building. Hectic block

Pros:
Awesome super and PM. Landlord lowered my rent during covid. Cameras throughout the building. Super is responsive and easy going.
Cons:
The block can be noisy and a bit worrisome during the evening.
Advice to owner:
Keep the building a bit cleaner

Not beautifully maintained...good owner/ management...Low rents

Pros:
Great area, center of everything. Good management that let me switch from my old building. Also made a deal to lower rent when covid hit. Safe feeling. Big apartments for that area. Low rents. LOVE the super. Never have issues with management when needs repair or an exterminator. Exterminator comes once a month.
Cons:
Garden is paved over, building is old and not as well maintained as it should be. Loitering is a problem. Hallways sometimes not very well lit.
Advice to owner:
MAKE THE BUILDING MORE PRETTY.

Great price for Brooklyn, super is really friendly and nice!

Pros:
Very responsive super and management. Owner worked with me when I lost my job due to COVID. Love living in this diverse area of Brooklyn. It makes you feel like you are really living in the heart of this great city. I made so many new friends in this building, and will treasure my time here, and hope to be able to come back one day!
Cons:
No on street parking, street can be dirty at times.

Cheap rent, kind neighbors, big building provided safety, great subway access
Cons:
Building common spaces need maintenance in renovation, packages got stolen, small rooms
Advice to owner:
This building requires care, especially because many of its residents are elderly

Responsive super and manager. Clean. Family oriented building
Cons:
Block can be loud during the summer and parking in the area can be difficult.
Advice to owner:
Additional lighting outside the building may help with summer hanging out
