Pros

The landlord is really responsive and respectful, and the apartments in the building get plenty of light! The fixtures are all functional and were updated fairly recently; everything works like it should. I would really recommend this property and landlord.

Cons

It is an older building and there have been a couple pests in the apartment thoughout my time here (some moths, one waterbug, and one mouse), but the landlord has always responded in a timely manner and offered efficient solutions.
