Pros:
The super lives in the building and is very responsive/accessible though I haven’t needed him much. I only dealt with the realty company a couple of times and no complaints there either. It is great to be so close to Lincoln Terrace park which is a lovely hidden gem in the summer. Heat and hot water great in the building.
Cons:
It’s a pre war so it’s a bit beat up - mostly referring to years worth of paint layers. Appliances in my unit were reliable but old (to be fair I noticed that some units would get new appliances so they might be phasing that in).
Advice to owner:
It’s a great property especially for the price. Good work.

Pros:
I like the location; very convenient to the train station and not too far from other transfers to main train lines. The area is nice, a park just blocks away. On the parkway, so the trees are wonderful to see when it snows. Very much in love with the location. I like this building and the super is very helpful and always there upon request.
Cons:
They have to work on the cleaning of the building. There are too many people with pets in the building and they let their pets urinate frequently on the floor. The building does not have a great cleaning schedule and tend to go sometimes 2 weeks straight without cleaning.
Other than the fact that there's no elevators, understandable its only 4 floors. I would have liked a useable laundry room though.
Advice to owner:
Please get professional cleaners or keep a consistent cleaning schedule. The building should not go days without been cleaned. Every other day or so is acceptable, not a week in between.

Pros:
So soundproof between apartments, wide staircases, good apartment layouts
Cons:
Street noise is very loud, no elevator
Advice to owner:
Get rid of florescent lighting in apartments
