Use to be nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to plenty of buses and the 2/3 trains, small building.
Cons:
walk-up, tenants have changed from the originals one when first built. mostly subsidised now, the cleanliness went down drastically. The smell of marijuana from other tenants comes in your unit through the vent fan. neighboring house used our back yard w/o regard for us, leaves their trash, and they have loud parties with no respect to others when its warm, even during weekdays. I was on top floor could still hear over my tv and vibrated my floor.
Advice to owner:
get quality tenants the current ones aren't clean unfortunately or considerate of their neighbors

Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a new build and I was the first tenant in my unit. Quiet building has roof access on the fifth floor and some storage areas under the stairs.
Cons:
no elevator in the 5-story building, and they haven't fixed the back yard for two years for use by tenants, some package theft because people use their key to pull open the door instead of the handle, so now the cylinder is broken and left unnoticed people walk in and take packages.
Advice to owner:
Fix door lock. clean up backyard

Affordable at a cost
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not much to like.
Cons:
Building is unfinished. Intercom doesn’t work. Internet wiring problematic. Space in baseboards. No ventilation in the hallways so smelly from other units with smokers. Cleaned rarely.
