The Land of Roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location of the apartment is amazing. It is a pretty safe neighbourhood and it’s easy to commute as the train is a brief walk away.
Cons:
Management is very slow to fixing issues. The pest control is less than satisfactory and there were constant issues with the apartment, such as drainage issues, and broken cupboards that were never fixed or tended to properly.
