Don't move here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pros living here.
Cons:
Management/ super have no sense of urgency when there's a problem. Hot water was constantly out as the boiler was always broken. Old heating pipes caused leaks in the apartments below and they were slow to fix it even if it interfered with electrical. One electrical circuit per entire apartment that shorts especially in the summer when you have the AC on and want to microwave something.
Advice to owner:
Get probably trained super and contract out advanced maintenance problems that one super cannot handle on his own. Care about people paying the mortgage especially when raising the rent annually. Upgrade your old exposed faulty one circuit electrical wires that's awaiting a fire hazard.
