My review is based on as a resident

Pros:
There's no pros living in this building
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, people who don't live in the building playing dice game or and domino's in the hallway blocking the entrance to the come in and out the door, sitting on a stair, weed and cigarettes throughout the building even if the windows open, no smoke detectors in the building.
Advice to owner:
Do better you know exactly what you need to do but you refuse to do it.
