    Filthy Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The only pros are that you have a place to stay.
    Cons:
    Dirty, the clean up super doesn’t do his job, building is always filthy including the walls, elevator floors, windows, everything is just dirty and the building is in desperate need of a paint job inside and out. Also filled with all types of insects and mice and tons of them.
    Advice to owner:
    Your tenants shouldn’t have to live like they’re homeless.
