Great Building in Crown Heights

Pros:
Spacious Apartments with new appliances, hardwood floors, and original details. Super close to utica ave- crown heights train stop 3/4.
Cons:
Management could be a bit more responsive

Pros:
Big beautiful south facing windows, hardwood floors, locking doors
Cons:
Moldy bathrooms and moldy basement laundry.
Advice to owner:
clean up the mold, and the source of the mold.
