Terrible Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are a decent size for New York.
Cons:
The landlord is veryyyyy slow to respond to tenants or does not respond at all! Spent 3-5 months complaining to get an appliance fixed, the heating system is subpar, and the building has roaches. Some of the neighbors leave garbage in the hallways.
Advice to owner:
You need to stop ignoring your tenants, respond to emails, fix the things that are wrong with the apartments, and fire your super! He is the worst!
