Fire due to faulty building wiring, no repairs for vacated tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, clean building.
Cons:
It's been nearly 5 months since a fire on the top floor and repairs have yet to begin on any of the vacated apartments, leaving tenants displaced and creating pest problems throughout the building. In general, repairs are slow and management is always trying to cut corners with cost.
