this place sucks

Pros:
The size, sunlight, aesthetic, separate kitchen, very sweet super
Cons:
Pests, loud neighbors, unsafe mail area, no laundry nearby, feels like our place is being held up by plaster, we can’t hang shelves because of fragile walls
Advice to owner:
Improve your mail area please

Pros:
Location, some nice neighbors & shopping
Cons:
Cleanliness of the hallways. Extermination needs to follow sign in lobby. There has not been an exterminator here since I moved in. The floors are really thin. I can hear conversations from above and below me. Parking is tough.
Advice to owner:
Answer tenants calls. Check on super to ensure things are being done.
