The definition of harassment

Pros:
The space is huge. The space is historic and charming. Location is fantastic.
Cons:
The housemate acts like it’s her house. She will tell you to do things and if you don’t do it the way she likes she tells the landlord. These two women are like 2 toxic, angry, lonely peas in a pod. They will make your stay a living hell if you are young and of color. She had two Hasidic tenants who she never bothered but if you are on the first floor watch out because she’s watching your every move. Even if you pay on time and leave the house just as you found it. She will try and rob you go your security deposit. I spoke with others in the neighborhood who’ve mentioned that she has never been able to keep a tenant and she’s made a tenant so irate that they lit her building on fire. Stay away from these two women if you want peace and quiet. You’ll be harassed daily. About what? Oh about a leaf tracked in during the fall. HARASS you about a leaf. Will take a picture and send it to you while you’re a work and proceed to berate and reprimand you. The landlord and the housemate do not respect anyone young.
Advice to owner:
Stop forcing tenants to message and text you everyday. Let them live in peace! Stay out of their lives with your controlling toxicity. Get a life outside the house.
