Honesty is the best policy

Pros:
Love that its quite. Neighbors honestly keep to themselves. Love that i can throw out my garbage down the shoot.
Cons:
The man who is supposed to clean the building does a terrible job. Garbage piles up outside until he comes. Never mops and when he does he uses a nasty smelly mop
Advice to owner:
My advice is to ask if any of the tenants are willing to be the cleaners. I would also make sure that the super is doing what they are supposed to do.
