Pros:
Easy access to the 4 train, lots of stores and pretty quiet block
Cons:
The building manager Anthony is lazy! He doesn’t clean. Garbage is piled up for days, the hallways is beyond dirty, it’s very rare he cleans the stairs or mops. You ask him to fix something, you have to keep asking and he catches a awful attitude. One of his workers sleep by the mail, which is so disgusting. Someone is stealing the packages but he probably won’t put cameras up, like all the other building because he doesn’t want anyone watching him hang out in the front all day
Advice to owner:
Hire a new building manager. No one in the building likes him. He’s lazy and doesn’t do anything but hang up in the front of the building and gossip about people that live here
