It’s ok/ somewhat building to reside
Former Tenant

It’s clean for the most part
Cons:
Security lacking, no elevator, no cameras, no fire doors or sprinkler system, no alarm unless it’s personal ,
Advice to owner:
Regardless of the situation be more concerned and considerate to tenants request we all want great results in the end on both sides .

A nightmare situation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments. Laundry in basement. Affordable.
Cons:
Cockroach infestation varies per apartment in this pre-war building. Management company would rather put bandaids on issues rather than fix them. Roaches come out of the light fixtures and walls.
Advice to owner:
Care more/try harder. Don’t let people live how you wouldn’t let your own family live. And if someone comes to you with a problem be humble and listen. Don’t gaslight/ignore people who are suffering.
