Pros:
- Helpful doorman - heat and hot water always work
Cons:
- Smokers in stairwells - roaches infestation in most apartments - general areas mostly unclean - large groups congregate in and around building - Super unresponsive. - Elevator always down.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new super, clean more regularly.
