Land lord don’t fix or replace anything at all no mister what

Pros:
The building is clean and get maintain because the super doing what he has to do
Cons:
The things on I don’t like is when you report window need replacement because broken or heavy draft they want to charge you for the window and installment. Also if you doors don’t wrk they don’t want to fix it tell you pull it close and lock it. Plus if tiles and stuff is broken the super Come looks at it report it and then nothing is done
Advice to owner:
Do what y’all have to do and stop trying to be cheap
