Not worth it

Pros:
big bedrooms and storage
Cons:
parking is horrible. sometimes they turn the heat off/low at night, no hot water. Mice/rat infestation. Packages get stolen in the building lobby. Property owner/management is unresponsive, they don’t answer phone calls and only respond to emails. Loud music ALL year round. Neighbors bring speakers/have parties outside that I can hear from my bedroom at any time of the day.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your building and be responsive to your tenants.
